We accept major medical Insurance if your plan covers Acupuncture.

We are In Network Provider of :

• 1199

• Aetna

• Empire Blue Cross and Blue Shield

• Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield (NJ Direct, etc.)

• PPO Plans of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of other states (Anthem, etc.)

• Landmark Healthcare

• OptumHealth

• The Empire Plan (NY Government, etc.)

• United Healthcare (except Oxford plans and UH Medicare plans)

• VNSNY Choice     

If your insurance plan from the above companies has Acupuncture coverage, we are covered.

For all other insurance companies ( Cigna, UH Oxford, etc.), we will accept your insurance if your plan has out-of-network coverage of Acupuncture.

Fee Schedule for patients not using medical insurance:

1. Acupuncture

• Initial consultation and the 1st treatment: $225 （1 hour)

• Follow Up Visits: $175 ( 45 min to 1 hour)

2. Cupping

• Initial consultation and the 1st treatment: $225 (1 hour)

• Follow Up Visits: $175 ( 45 min to 1 hour)

3. Herb Consultation 

• Initial consultation and the 1st treatment: $150 (30 minutes)

• Follow Up Visits: $75 (15 minutes)
